Nuvos - an occupational defined benefit pension scheme with a member contribution of 3.5% of earnings; or
Partnership pension account - a personal pension, on the Stakeholder pension model, with an employer contribution based on member age. On top of this the employer will match member contributions £ for £ up to 3% of pay.
